I wonder what it is like to not worry about everything. What would it be like to wake up without fearing the day? What would it be like to talk to people without feeling nervous? Are people able to go anywhere without being anxious? I worry all the time. Not just about things that are supposed to make me nervous, but about almost everything. It is interesting. I have been learning that a lot of people feel the same way I do, but I also want to know if there are others out there who live life like it is supposed to be lived. I just wish someone could tell me what it is like to live without being anxious and breathe without feeling like I can't.
I refuse to believe there aren't people out there who don't wake up with panic or anxiety already controlling their day. I refuse to believe that every single person on this earth can't even talk to their best friends without feeling nervous that they will say the wrong thing every second. I have to believe that there are people out there who feel that they can breathe and relax and just be still for one second of the day.
I just want to know what it is like. I want to know how it feels to not be hindered by this constant anxiety. What is it like to be able to take a deep breath without nervous thoughts ruining that one moment of tranquility? What is it like to not have 500 different thoughts in any given second that each cause their own anxiety? Does anyone know what this is like?
Almost every person I know is anxious about something that warrants no anxiety, yet we can't control it. We know that worrying isn't necessary, but we can't change the way we feel. Am I just in an environment that creates anxiety about random things? I am not sure. But if you know what it is like to be free from this anxiety and worry, please please please let me know. I would love to know what it is like to take a free breath and live life.
